The year 2015 will mark Balboa Park's 100th anniversary. Highlighting the major aspects of the park, the magnificent nature, architecture, and expertise, I developed a mark using type and image. The mark was then applied to a series of posters involving color and text, displaying the rich beauty and culture of Balboa Park. The colors of the campaign are found in each photo used, creating a bright accent against the picture. With three typographic posters, a street pole banner, and three postcards, the completed system has many beautiful and diverse elements that create a harmony when working together.
